Roma host Torino in the final day of the Serie A season tonight. Giancarlo Camolese’s side know only a win will be enough against sixth placed Roma if they are to stand any chance of avoiding relegation to Serie B. Torino currently lie third from bottom, level on points with Bologna. If both teams remain level on Sunday evening then Bologna would stay up on head-to-head results.
Torino are in a bad run of form with only one win in their last four games. They suffered a late defeat at the hands of Genoa last weekend, a match that was saw seven Torino players being suspended after a fight began after the final whistle. Torino will be without Marco Pisano and Angelo Ogbonna who will be serving four match bans for punching and kicking their opponents. Rolando Bianchi, Aimo Diana and Francesco Pratali have been suspended for two games for attempting to join in the fight. Whilst Blerim Dzemaili and Ignazio Abate will serve one match bans.
Roma are strong at home having only lost twice all season. Torino on the other hand have only won once away from home and failed to keep a clean sheet in 19 out of 20 games. With Torino short on players and relying mainly on their second string team I would strongly suggest a nibble on Roma at 3/4.
